Lost or Missing Wills Enquiry

The FNQLA offers a ‘Lost or Missing Wills Enquiry’ service to its members.

Should members require assistance with locating a lost or missing Will, please direct any such queries to us by email at: secretary@fnqla.com.au.

We require the following information, to broadcast such enquiries:-

• The deceased’s full name (including any alias), last address, date of birth, and date of death; and 
• The contact information for the person and/or law firm making the enquiry, including email address and phone number.

Any such enquiries will be published within the regular email broadcasts by the FNQLA.

Please note that this service is independent to the other Queensland-based resources, that members will find to be helpful in circumstances of a lost or missing Will, including:-

• The monthly QLS Proctor publication for Missing Wills; and
• The weekly Public Notice of Missing Will, published by the QLR.
